Refund policy
Unfortunately we do not do Returns however, if there is a mix up and you received the wrong mug just let us know and we will send the correct one free of charge! Purchaser must provide proof via photos to chrismakesmugs@gmail.com We will review and let you know if it was approved or not.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Refunds
In order to receive a refund purchaser must provide photos of the wrong item they received or the damaged item, we will review and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
